Would you want to be on a plane piloted by a woman with “brain fog”, or have your child undergo brain surgery from such a woman? Nor me! At least there’s some clarity in the article about what “support” for menopausal women would mean – leave on demand every month (menopausal symptoms are more severe on working days than the weekend), doubtless on full pay, with colleagues inevitably having to work harder and longer to make up for their absence. God knows why any employer would ever employ women!
