The extent to which children are denied reasonable access to non-custodial parents (fathers, in 90%+ of cases) has been a national scandal for DECADES. It is child abuse as well as abuse of non-custodial parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts and uncles, and others. The suffering is incalculable and we’re determined to bring this scandal to an end.
